How does it work?
How does it work?
Our ambassador program operates via Shopify Collabs. You can apply directly and will hear back from us within 3-4 business days (through the platform) about your application. As to who is eligible? Our ambassador program is open to everyone, subject to our review and approval.
What can I receive as an ambassador?
As a Nello ambassador, you would be eligible to receive free Nello product and earn commission on sales that you influence. But, each month, our community will have other unique opportunities to engage with the brand and earn even more!
Do I receive a commission for each sale I influence?
Based on ongoing results, the program rewards ambassadors of different impact differently but, as a member of our program, everyone can earn affiliate commissions with each sale influenced! We use Shopify Collabs to manage all ambassador payments. As part of your application process, we will share our (competitive) affiliate rates and you can learn more about the payout process HERE. Based on performance, we are also open to revisiting affiliate rates.
What is Shopify Collabs & why do I need to create an account?
Shopify Collabs is the software solution we use to make sure your gifts and commissions are tracked and sent your way!
Where do I need to reside to be eligible for the Nello Ambassador Program?
Currently, all of Nello Nation resides in the U.S.
How long will it take for my items to ship?
Our Ambassador program follows the same fulfillment process as our usual ecommerce customer orders. Please see our Shipping Policies for any/all questions on fulfillment or shipment. To the extent you have additional questions about items you are expecting, please write [email protected] and identify yourself as a Nello Ambassador and include your Collabs ID when you do so!
Are there any program no-no's?
We’re excited to see your creative juices flow but please note we do have certain requirements for the program and not complying with these requirements may be grounds for immediate termination, i.e., fraudulent or any other illegal activities and promoting content that is inconsistent with the Nello ethos and/or general community standards. Please also note that it is the responsibility of each Nello Ambassador to familiarize themselves and follow all FTC guidelines regarding disclosure. Please also note that Nello reserves the right to terminate any Nello Ambassador for any reason at any time.
